§ 10-70. Holders of over-the-counter beer and wine pouring licenses to observe closing regulations; exception.

No establishment wherein the holder of any over-the-counter beer license or wine pouring license conducts business as a licensee shall be or remain open or in operation for any purpose on Sunday, or on any day on which the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by state law or municipal ordinance.
