Chapter 78. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES

§ 78-8. Location of poles and posts.

All posts or poles for electric wires, telephone, telegraph or other purposes shall be placed on the edge of sidewalks on the curbing line so as not to damage trees or obstruct passage on the sidewalks or streets, or interfere with working or draining the streets.
