§ 90-111. Authority to supply.

The city shall have the right, power and authority to operate a gas distribution system, both within and without the city, to distribute, transport, sell and furnish gas to customers located both within and without the city and to accept franchises for the purpose granted by other municipalities to the city and to charge for such service.
