§ 90-263. Middle Georgia Regional Solid Waste Management Plan adopted.

(a)

The mayor and city council does hereby adopt the Middle Georgia Regional Solid Waste Management Plan as prepared by the Middle Georgia Area Planning and Development Commission, and as now or hereafter amended.

(b)

The mayor and city council shall implement the recommendations as set forth in such plan as they pertain to the city; provided, however, that the city has sufficient funds to implement such plan.
