§ 90-267. Unlawful accumulations and scattering.

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or occupies any premises within the city to permit trash, garbage or refuse to collect or remain on such premises, except during periods between pickups of the public works department, and no such person shall permit any garbage, trash or refuse to be scattered from such premises into the public streets or alleys of the city or on the property of another.
